DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
DELIVERY
Delivery of your items from Pleasur is FREE (with the occasional exception of promotional goods where only the postage is payable).
We aim to deliver worldwide within 14 days. Most orders will arrive well before this timeframe (particularly in the US & EU), but shipping can be an unpredictable beast, so unfortunately we can't give a 100% guarantee - except that we will do our best!
If your order has not arrived then please contact us and we'll investigate immediately, info@pleasurstore.com.
RETURNS
We aim to please, but on rare occasions things don't work out. Your first step is to check the returns policy below, please also note that legally we can't accept returns on intimate items that have been opened or used.
Once you've done that, then get in touch at info@pleasurstore.com and we'll try to help you resolve any issues.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns of items that aren’t in a re-saleable condition; unless they arrived faulty. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. For further guidelines regarding instances where we cannot accept returns for individual items, please see below.
- All sex toys, where the packaging/box has been opened or the security seal removed or broken, unless the item is being returned due to being faulty. If returning due to a fault and the item has been used, please make sure that it has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
- Lingerie and Bondage items which have been worn, washed, or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been damaged or removed. Please wear underwear when trying on new lingerie.
- Hosiery which has been worn, or where the seal on the packaging has been broken.
- Liquids, Candles and Condoms which have been opened, the seal broken, or that have been used in any way.
- Any items that have been personalised or made to order.
- Gift vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Returning Faulty Items
In the event you receive an item that has a fault, please get in contact with our returns team via info@pleasurstore.com providing us with as much information as possible, and include a photo of the product or issue.
How To Return
Contact our customer services team at info@pleasurstore.com to request a returns form. Complete and email it back to us, then we can generate your returns label. You must then post the items within 14 days or no refund or exchange can be made.
We ask that you please carefully re-wrap your items ensuring labels, seals and tags are intact. Where possible it is preferable items are returned in the packaging they are originally sent in, to ensure potential damage in transit is minimized.
